Artwork and edition
The written quotation identifies the artwork, format, medium, edition number, certificate, framing and price. An order is accepted only when Studio 54 Fine Art confirms it in writing and receives the agreed payment.
Payment and title
Payment terms and currency appear on the quotation. Title transfers after cleared payment in full. Copyright remains with Patrick Desgraupes; acquisition does not grant reproduction rights.
Shipping, risk and duties
Specialist packing, insurance, delivery and installation are quoted for the destination. Risk transfers as stated in the final contract. The buyer is responsible for import duties and local taxes unless the quotation expressly says otherwise.
Cancellation and returns
Statutory rights apply. Bespoke, made-to-order, framed or personalised works may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law. Any applicable cancellation period, condition requirements and return costs are confirmed before payment.
Disputes
The contracting entity, governing law and dispute forum are stated on the final quotation and invoice, taking mandatory consumer rights into account.
